I was happy to find Vikky Santana teaching at LHP! From all my yoga experiences, her Hatha class today was exactly what I was looking for. Her method of having you focus on basic principles, and being “ok” with where you are at that moment is why I’ll be back to continue strengthening my practice. Thanks Vikky!

My first practice at LHP and it was great! Carly was clear and concise with her flow sequences with excellent verbal cues to get you in the right position. The studio interior was lovely and very spacious which made it very comfortable.
